The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards is a business awards program that recognizes innovation and positive contributions in the workplace in all 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region.

Metro Pacific Water (MPW) won a Bronze Stevie® for its entry Metro Iloilo Water Commencement – Transformative Partnerships through Joint Ventures, which showcased the culmination of a 25-year concession deal for the expansion and improvement of the water and wastewater management facilities of the Metro Iloilo Water District.

While Metro Iloilo Bulk, MPW’s subsidiary also bagged a Bronze Stevie® for its entry Empowering the Iloilo Youth through the Metro Iloilo Bulk Rainwater Harvester Program, which is a water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiative targeted to public schools in different municipalities in Iloilo. The program aims to raise awareness on water conservation and proper handwashing for students through the installation of upcycled blue drums used as a water catchment unit.

The 2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards will be celebrated virtually on 22 September 2020, with MPW attending on its 3rd consecutive year after winning Stevies® from banquets held in Hong Kong and Singapore, respectively.
