Announcement of Management Changes at Metro Pacific Water

Welcome announcement for new appointments

MAKATI CITY  – We regretfully announce the resignation of Mikkel Gabriel M. Gutierrez as Executive Vice President of Metro Pacific Water effective today. Since 2014, Mikkel has played a critical role in shaping Metro Pacific Water, first as Chief Operating Officer then as EVP and also concurrent President of Ecosystem Technologies. He has been instrumental in closing our water deals with Ecosystem Technologies, municipal projects in Iloilo and CDO, and our international projects in Vietnam.

We would like to thank Mikkel for his immense contributions to MPW in his 5 years with the company. We wish him and his family the best.

On a more positive note, we are pleased to announce the following appointments of key positions in the MPW Team.

1. Maida B. Bruce, currently MPIC Vice President - Group Controller concurrently has taken the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer role of MPW Group
2. Loudette Anne M. Zoilo, currently MPIC Vice President – Head HR  will also serve concurrently as Head of Human Resources of the MPW Group
3. Ma. Cecilia B. Jimenez – Rada of MPIC Legal will now serve as Head Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of MPW, replacing Atty. Ricardo M. Pilares III
