Announcement of New Chief Operating Officer at Metro Iloilo Bulk Water Supply Corporation (MIB)

ILOILO CITY – We are pleased to announce that effective 1 June 2020, Engr. Rowena E. Dalosa will now serve as the Chief Operating Officer of Metro Iloilo Bulk Water Supply Corporation (MIB), the joint venture company of Metro Pacific Water and Metro Iloilo Water District (MIWD) for the Bulk Water Project in Iloilo.

Ina is a Chemical Engineer with over thirteen (13) years of water industry experience.  She started her career as Quality Control Technician in Subic Water & Sewerage Co. Inc. in 2006 and continued her career for another ten (10) years in Manila Water from 2010 as Water Treatment Facility Manager until the time she left in December 2019 as Technical Operations Support Head. 

Ina managed multiple water treatment facilities with combined capacity of 1750 MLD and provided technical operations support in various subsidiaries in the Philippines and the Southeast-Asian region.  Aside from operations, Ina’s expertise includes new business development, strategic planning and efficiency system implementation.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Engr. Salvador F. Fadriga or Badong, who took on the role of Officer-in-Charge Head of Operations during this transition. Badong shall continue to oversee MIB’s day-to-day operations and water supply management.
