Engr. Ina Dalosa – Outgoing COO of MIB

Engr. Ben Mañosca – Interim COO of MIB

Iloilo City, Philippines – We announce that Engr. Rowena E. Dalosa has stepped down as Chief Operating Officer at Metro Iloilo Bulk Water Supply Corporation (“MIB”) effective 18 July 2021. Ina joined the organization on 1 June 2020 and led MIB in its various projects. We wish to thank her for all her contributions to MIB.
On this note, effective 19 July 2021 until further notice, Engr. Bernardo Mañosca, concurrent Chief Operating Officer of Metro Pacific Iloilo Water (“MPIW”) or Ben as we call him, shall assume Ina’s functions as Interim Chief Operating Officer of MIB.
Ben’s experience in the water industry has been instrumental in achieving MPIW’s targets since its commencement in 2019. We are pleased to have him onboard to spearhead MIB’s operations.
